Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre (Hochwassersicher) auf der Nordseite gegen den See, hat 2.5 Zimmer und ist geeignet für 1 ruhige Person. Im Moment wird die Wohnung neu gestrichen und ein neuer Boden verlegt, die Küche mit Abwaschmaschine und das Bad wurden vor ca. 10 Jahren neu gemacht und sind im sehr guten Zustand. Das Haus hat eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler.
Ein Balkon ist nicht vorhanden, jedoch gehört ein gemeinsamer Garten zur Wohnung. Dieser ist auf der seeabgewandten
Südseite und ganztags besonnt.
In der Wohnung und im ganzen Haus darf nicht geraucht werden.
Wir verlangen von unseren Mietern einen aktuellen Betreibungsauszug und ggf. eine Mietkaution.
