Die moderne Küche ist mit einem Glaskeramikherd und einem Backofen ausgestattet, und das Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC wurde soeben komplett erneuert. Der Wohnung zugeteilt ist ein Schuhschrank im Erdgeschoss. Die Waschküche sowie ein Ski- und Veloraum stehen zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.

Die Mindestmietdauer für die Wohnung beträgt 1 Jahr.
Hinweis: Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

By arrangement, we are renting out this cozy studio apartment located on the 3rd floor of the Chesa Curtins building. The apartment has a practical layout and offers an ideal home for 1 to 2 people. The modern kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic hob and an oven, and the bathroom with shower/WC has just been completely renovated. A shoe cabinet on the ground floor is assigned to the apartment. A laundry room as well as a ski and bicycle room are available for shared use.

The minimum rental period for the apartment is 1 year.

La cucina moderna è dotata di piano cottura in vetroceramica e forno, e il bagno con doccia/WC è stato appena completamente rinnovato. All'appartamento è assegnata una scarpiera al pianterreno.
