1 Room

A room is available in our 3 person shared flat with 3 bedrooms, a living room, a balcony, plants, a record player, a beamer, and last nut not least: a foamer. We live on the fourth and top floor, and the free room overlooks the courtyard. The rent is CHF 840.-, and we are looking for someone who is able to be on the lease shared between 2 people and to pay a deposit of CHF 3410.- (which you get back when you leave the flat).

You will have the great privilege to live with two rare gems: Laura, a lively and curious being, photographer, passionate about cyanotypes and yoga practitioner. She speaks Italian, English and is learning German. And Danuka, a filmmaker, researcher and archivist, who goes all year round for a dip in the Rhine and takes particular care of those around her (both human and non-human). She speaks Swiss German, German, English, a little French and is learning Mandarin.

In the flat share, everyone has their own rhythm and activities, and we enjoy sharing a meal, a coffee, go for a drink or watching a film together when we have the time and feel like it. We attach great importance to communication between us and keeping the flat tidy. If this sounds like you, feel free to share some words about yourself and what you are looking for in a flat share.
