Ein unkompliziertes und vertrauensvolles Zusammenwohnen, idealerweise langfristig. Da ich ca. 3 Tage pro Woche Homeoffice mache, lege ich Wert auf eine ruhige Umgebung. Es sollte eine angenehme Atmosphäre sein, in der man sich wohlfült und gerne auch miteinander redet. Natürlich hat jeder seine Privatsphäre. Sauberkeit und eine gewisse Grundordnung sind selbstverständlich.
