Eine Waschmaschine und ein Tumbler, sowie ein kleiner Garten stehen den Mietern zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung zur Verfügung.

Bei Bedarf können einige Möbel übernommen werden.

Besichtigung der Wohnung nach Vereinbarung möglich.

Für die Übernahme des Mietvertrags wird ein aktueller Betreibungsregisterauszug benötigt.
