Helles und renoviertes Studio, 6 Minuten zu Fuß von Riponne
Aufgrund eines vorzeitigen Abgangs sehr helles Studio zur Übernahme durch Bailübernahme unter den gleichen vertraglichen Bedingungen. Ich kehre 100% nach Zürich zurück. Ich habe dieses Studio während 2 Jahren, maximal 2 Nächten pro Woche, genutzt, da ich einen Ankerpunkt in Lausanne für meine Arbeit benötigte. Ich war der erste Mieter, der dort nach einer totalen Renovierung gewohnt hat. Das Studio wurde in excellentem Zustand gehalten, wie Sie feststellen können.

Die von der Verwaltung geforderten Dokumente sind 4: 1) Ausweis oder Aufenthaltsgenehmigung, 2) Auszug aus dem Schuldnerverzeichnis, 3) 3 letzte Lohnabrechnungen, 4) Meldebescheinigung.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 1080 CHF pro Monat. Persönlich wurde ich für einen großen Teil der Heizkosten erstattet, da das Studio gut isoliert und warm ist.
Unabhängig vom Mietvertrag kann eine Übernahme bestimmter Möbel durch privaten Vertrag in Betracht gezogen werden.
