* Generally available between March 2026 and April 2027 - the exact rental period is flexible and can be agreed together
* 5 minutes to Glanzenberg train station, Limmattalbahn right outside the building
* Shopping facilities (Coop) about 3 minutes' walk away
* No parking space available
Additional information: Non-smoking apartment, no pers allowed. Sublease contract with landlord's approval, minimum rental period by arrangement.
