Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in Vallemaggia ab Februar 2026 für eine flexible, zu vereinbarende Dauer.
Ich suche eine ruhige, respektvolle Mitbewohnerin, die Harmonie liebt, Katzen und Pflanzen mag und mit mir eine schöne Atmosphäre im Haus schaffen möchte, um ein gemütliches und sonniges 3 ½-Zimmer-Apartment in den Ronchini in Vallemaggia, nur 10 Minuten von Locarno entfernt, zu teilen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, mit Fluss und Wald, die in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
Die Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Supermarkt, Post und Bank sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bus erreichbar.
Es gibt einen nahegelegenen Parkplatz.
Die Wohnung (ca. 80 m2) verfügt über:
- offene Küche und Wohnzimmer
- zwei Schlafzimmer
- ein Badezimmer
- Waschküche
- Balkon
Das Zimmer ist mit Schreibtisch, Stuhl und einem Kallax-Regal von Ikea möbliert.
Im Moment ist das Zimmer ohne Bett, aber du kannst es mit deinem eigenen Bett einrichten.
Ich lebe mit meiner Katze zusammen, die Teil des täglichen Lebens im Haus ist: es ist wichtig, dass du dich bei der Zusammenlebung mit einem Tier wohlfühlst.
Miete: 695 CHF/Monat, inklusive Strom, Abfall, Wasser
Ich führe einen veganen Lebensstil, daher würde ich mich über eine Mitbewohnerin mit einem ähnlichen Ernährungsstil (vegan/vegetarisch) freuen, um Kohärenz und gegenseitigen Respekt in der Küche zu gewährleisten.
