Student sucht ein Studio in Genf!
Ich bin Student im 2. Jahr des Bachelor-Studiums an der Universität Genf und suche verzweifelt ein Studio zu einem vernünftigen Preis in Genf (Stadt). Die Stadtteile, die ich bevorzuge: Plainpalais, Carouge, Champel, Eaux-Vives, Malagnou, die Servette... Aber ich betrachte alle Vorschläge.
Ideal wäre ein unbewohntes Studio, da ich meine eigenen Möbel habe, aber ich kann es auch in Betracht ziehen, Küchengegenstände zu übernehmen, zum Beispiel.
Ich bin ruhig und diskret, verantwortungsbewusst. Ich werde die gemietete Immobilie ordentlich pflegen. Es gibt keine Nachbarschaftsprobleme zu befürchten.
