Ein unkompliziertes und vertrauensvolles Zusammenwohnen. Da ich ca. 3 Tage pro Woche Homeoffice mache, lege ich Wert auf eine ruhige Umgebung. Es sollte eine angenehme Atmosphäre sein, in der man auch gerne miteinander redet oder vielleicht auch etwas unternimmt, falls es sich unkompliziert ergibt. Natürlich hat jeder seine Privatsphäre. Sauberkeit / Grundordnung sind selbstverständlich.
