Großes Wohnzimmer mit hoher Decke;
Außenbalkon;
Mezzanine im Obergeschoss;
Kleiner Abstellraum im Obergeschoss;
Zwei Außenparkplätze;
Keller;
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und perfekt für ein Paar oder eine Familie.
Eine gemeinsame Waschküche steht zur Verfügung, mit freiem Zugang nach Anmeldung (kein fester Tag für jedes Apartment). Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, eine Waschmaschine in die Wohnung zu stellen.
Die Miete beträgt CHF 1'900.- (Miete + Nebenkosten + Parkplätze inklusive).
