The room is bright, quiet, and approximately 12 m² in size. It is part of a 4-room shared apartment and includes direct access to a balcony facing the inner courtyard, which is usually very calm. The room is well suited for both studying and relaxing and offers enough space for a bed, desk, and storage.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is spacious and well maintained. All furniture in the room is available and included at no additional cost. The apartment features a large shared living and dining area, a bathroom with either a shower or a bathtub, as well as shared amenities such as a bicycle storage room and a private cellar. The overall atmosphere of the apartment is friendly, uncomplicated, and respectful of personal space.
The room is available for 2 months initially, with the possibility of extending to a long-term stay.
We are looking for an open-minded, uncomplicated, and reliable person who enjoys shared living but also values personal space. Someone who is independent, respectful, clean, and easy to communicate with would be a great fit. Age and gender do not play a role for us. We appreciate a friendly atmosphere and occasional shared moments, but everyone is free to live their own daily routine.

The tenant will be sharing the apartment with two people aged between 25 and 27, a mix of students and working professionals. Each person has their own schedule, work, and social life, but the shared living is relaxed and friendly. This is not a purpose-only shared apartment; a respectful, uncomplicated, and open atmosphere is important. At the same time, privacy is respected, and it is completely fine if, after a long day, only a short hello is exchanged.
