Ich werde verreisen und suche jemanden, der meine vollständig möblierte Wohnung während dieser Zeit untervermietet. Ich könnte sogar die Reise verlängern, falls Sie an einer längeren Vermietung interessiert sind.
Die Wohnung ist schön gestaltet mit hochwertigen Möbeln und ist Heimat vieler glücklicher, grüner Pflanzen, die Wärme und Leben in den Raum bringen. Wir haben Glasfaser-Internet und einen Schreibtisch, der perfekt für die Arbeit ist.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stettbach Bahnhof entfernt und ist somit bequem nah an Migros, einem Fitnessstudio, einem Yoga-Studio, einer Apotheke und anderen Einrichtungen.
Um sicherzustellen, dass die Pflanzen ordnungsgemäß gepflegt werden und die Wohnung sauber bleibt, kommt meine vertrauenswürdige Putzfrau einmal pro Woche. Dies ist aufgrund von Erfahrungen in der Vergangenheit nicht verhandelbar. Ihre Gebühr beträgt CHF 60 pro Woche, die zum Mietpreis hinzugefügt wird.
Eine **Kaution von CHF 1000** ist bei Vertragsunterzeichnung erforderlich und wird am Ende der Untervermietungsperiode zurückgezahlt, vorausgesetzt, alles ist in Ordnung.
