[Tauschwohnung] Hübsche Stadtwohnung in der beste Lage!
Über meine Wohnung:
Die beste Sache ist die tollste Lage - mitte der lebendigen Kreis 3, mit vielen Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Parks. Die Wohnung hat ein normales Schalfzimmer (16m2), grosses Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich (ü. 20m2), Badezimmer mir der Badewanne, und separate Küche mit dem Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon. Im Innenhof gibt es Velokeller. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr lieb, und wir haben es gut miteinander. :)
Was ich suche:
Ich suche nach einer grösseren Wohnung am liebsten in den gleichen Stadtviertel (nähe Wiedikon / Lochergut / Bullingerplatz / Bäckeranlage) oder event. nähe Josefwiese/-Strasse. Die Wohnung muss einen Aussenraum haben (Balkon/e, Terrasse oder Dachterrasse), und wie gesagt, min 3 Zimmer. Max. Miete inkl. Nebenkosten - CHF3'600.
Tauschdatum - sehr flexibel, ich bin nicht in Eile. :)
