Da ich für drei Monate verreise, wird meine Wohnung in dieser Zeit frei.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für Paare, aber auch für eine Einzelperson gut geeignet - gut geschnitten und nicht zu gross. Sie wird **voll möbliert und komplett ausgestattet** für die drei Monate untervermietet. Die Lage an der Gutstrasse ist **sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig** . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ÖV sowie alles für den täglichen Bedarf sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.
In der Miete sind **alle Nebenkosten sowie Internet und TV** bereits inkludiert. Ich wohne sehr gerne hier und wünsche mir eine Person oder ein Paar, die/der die Wohnung ebenso schätzt und sorgsam damit umgeht.
Falls eine WG gewünscht werden soll, kann ich das Büro für die 3 Monate freiräumen.
