I am offering a simple 16 m² room for rent in a 70 m² shared flat. I am looking for a student or a professional who is commuting. This roomate is only for forseen for men.
No pets.
The room will be free for the 01.02.2025.

c. I am almost never at home during the weekends and spend around 20% of the year abroad
d. Located in a nice residential area, close to St. Johann Park
e. A cleaning lady comes once a month to take care of the flat

a. I wake up at 5 am everyday.
