Hoi zäme! Ab Januar suchen wir Mitbewohner für unsere neue WG in Horw. Ideal gelegen und komplett neu saniert.
Die Wohnung & Lage: Die Wohnung bietet eine Küche mit allem Drum und Dran, ein möbliertes Wohnzimmer und eine Terrasse mit Garten. Dein WG-Zimmer kannst du auf Wunsch auch Teil-Möbliert haben. Die Lage ist unschlagbar für Studierende und Pendler. Das Technikum ist nur 200m entfernt (quasi vor der Haustür). Den Bahnhof Horw erreichst du in 700m und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Pilatusmarkt, Coop, Migros) sind ca. 1 km entfernt. Die Autobahn ist ca. 1km entfernt. Luzern erreichst du mit dem Velo in 15 min.
Das WG-Leben: Wir sind Muriel (23, Raumausstatterin) und Philipp (26, Bauleiter). Wir sind viel in der Natur, lieben Snowboarden/Skifahren und sind im Blauring/Jungwacht aktiv. Uns ist ein freundliches Miteinander wichtig. Wir suchen keine reine Zweck-WG, sondern freuen uns auf gemeinsame Kochabende oder Spiele. Ruhezeiten im Haus von 22-7 Uhr und Sauberkeit sind uns ebenfalls wichtig (keine Haustiere, Rauchen nur draussen).
Dein WG-Zimmer: Dein WG-Zimmer ist 11 m2 groß. Du hast ein eigenes Bad, welches du nur mit dem zweiten WG-Zimmer teilen wirst. Ihr habt zu Zweit eine eigene Garderobe. Bei Fragen kannst du dich gerne melden.
