Ab Ende Februar oder nach Vereinbarung wird bei uns ein 13.65 m² grosses Zimmer frei.
Die WG und das Zimmer:
- Helles, gut geschnittenes Zimmer (13.65 m²)
- Grosses gemeinsames Wohnzimmer (mit TV und PS5 etc.)
- Grosser Balkon
- Ruhiges, angenehmes Quartier
- Bushaltestelle eine Minute vom Haus entfernt
- Zürich in rund 40 Minuten erreichbar (Bus + Zug)
Ausstattung:
- WG vollständig eingerichtet
- Möbelübernahme im Zimmer nach Absprache möglich
- Waschmaschine und Tumbler im Keller (Waschtag einmal in der Woche)
Zu uns:
Wir sind beide studienbedingt gut beschäftigt, schätzen aber ein freundliches Miteinander und eine saubere Wohnumgebung.
Wir sprechen Deutsch und suchen eine Person, die ebenfalls respektvoll und unkompliziert ist.
Die Bilder zeigen einmal das zu mietende Zimmer. Die anderen zwei zeigen das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer. Bei Interesse kann ich mehr Fotos senden und eine Besichtigung planen.
