Temporär möblierte Wohnung Altstadt Luzern mit Home-Office
Ich bin ab Mitte Dezember weg und vermiete meine Wohnung in der Altstadt befristet weiter ? entweder den ganzen Monat (14.12.?14.01.) oder auch nur 2 Wochen, falls Ihnen das besser passt.
Kurz zur Wohnung: Die Lage ist super schön und mitten in der Altstadt, aber komplett verkehrsfrei und ruhig. Sie schauen direkt auf die Reuss und den Mühlenplatz. Restaurants und Läden sind direkt vor der Tür, trotzdem hören Sie nachts nichts, da die Altstadt früh schliesst und es keine Clubs oder Bars dort hat.
Ich arbeite viel von Zuhause, deshalb hab ich ein richtiges Home-Office eingerichtet: grosser Schreibtisch, guter Bürostuhl, Dockingstation, zwei Monitore, Tastatur, Maus. Sie können somit am ersten Tag einfach Ihren Laptop anschliessen und loslegen.
Die Küche ist richtig geräumig und hat eine eigene Türe. Ausgestattet mit Glaskeramikkochfeld, grosser Kühlschrank, Granitabdeckung, grosser Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein historischer Elektro-Ofen, der dem Ganzen etwas Charme gibt. Gegensprechanlage mit Kamera ist auch da.
Waschmaschine und Tumbler sind direkt in der Wohnung (beide neu). Bad mit Badewanne und Doppellavabo. Neues Bett, 5 grosse Fenster, Parkett. Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden.
Preis:
- Ganzer Monat (14.12?14.01): CHF 1'500 alles inkl. (Das Datum bzw. Preis kann angepasst werden, wenn der Einzug etwas später ist)
- 2 Wochen: CHF 800 alles inkl.
(Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet, somit ist alles dabei und es hat keine versteckten Kosten)
1?2 Personen, Paare willkommen, Haustiere möglich nach Absprache. Check-in über Keybox, flexibel.
