Alle Zimmer sind möbliert, komplett ausgestattet, inklusive wöchentlicher Reinigung und Services. Einziehen mit Koffer und gleich wohlfühlen!
Flexible Mietzeiträume zeichnen uns aus. Ideal als elegante Zwischenlösung, oder um sich erst einmal vor Ort zu orientieren. Z.B. während der Probezeit, einer Ausbildung, Entsendung ins Rheintal, bis die Familie nachzieht, die eigene langfristige Wohnung gefunden wurde etc.
An die Anbindung der Wohnungen an öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln legen wir hohen Wert.

Unsere Mietpreise enthalten sämtliche Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, Heizung), Möblierung, Ausstattung (inkl. Küchenausstattung), Reinigung sowie Internet. Kaution: 1 MM. Parkplatz

We rent out rooms in Buchs (SG Werdenberg) and Mauren (FL) with ideal connection to the Rine Valley regions as Liechtenstein, East Switzerland and Vorarlberg in Austria.

All rooms are furnished, fully equipped, including weekly cleaning and services. Move in with your suitcase and feel right at home!
We are known for flexible rental periods. Ideal as an elegant interim solution or to find your way around on site. E.g. during the probationary period, an apprenticeship, posting to the Rhine Valley, until the family follows, your own long-term apartment has been found etc.

We attach importance to the connections of the apartments to public transport.

Our rental prices include all utilities (water, electricity, heating), furniture, equipment (including kitchen equipment), cleaning and internet. Deposit: 1 montly rent. Parking
