Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Es ist ideal zum Spazierengehen, und da das Wohnzimmer mit dem Garten verbunden ist, kann man seine Freizeit wunderbar draussen geniessen.
Das Haus besteht aus einem Badezimmer, einer Küche und zwei Zimmern. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit dem Garten verbunden.
Die Waschraum befindet sich im Keller und kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Man schreibt einfach seinen Namen auf die Liste und nutzt sie zu einer beliebigen Zeit.
Es gibt zwei Abstellräume, einen auf dem Dachboden und einen im Keller.
Ein Coop ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, und nach einem kurzen Spaziergang gelangt man zu einem Bauernhof, der sich hervorragend für Spaziergänge eignet. Im Bauernhof kann man aussdrdem frische Eier, Milch, Kartoffeln und verschiedene frische Gemüsesorten direkt vom Bauernhof kaufen. Am Lindenplatz gibt es einen sehr grossen Migros-Supermarkt.
Die Haltestelle vor dem Haus wird von der Buslinie 35 angefahren, mit der man bis zum Bahnhof Altstetten fahren kann.
Ausserdem gibt es die Buslinien 31, 67 und 78 sowie die Tramlinien 2 und 20.
