Ich habe eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung in Wipkingen (5Minuten der Limmat) mit altem grünen Kachelofen im Schlafzimmer, Steinböden in Küche und Bad, und Holz-Parkett im Schlafzimmer mit einem Balkon ins grüne und ruhige. Und das alles für 1070.- (inklusive Nebenkosten) und mit Keller- und Estrichabteil und Garten zur Mitbenutzung.
Ich suche etwas Ähnliches... aber ein ganz bisschen grösser, da ich sehr viel Home-Office mache. Kann auch wieder eine 1-Zimmerwohnung sein mit bisschen anderem Schnitt. Am liebsten in den Kreisen 1,2,3,4,5,6,8,4048, Züriberg o.Ä.
Bis max 1400.- und auch wieder ruhig gelegen.
