Hallo zusammen,
Die sehr geräumige Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Quartierstrasse und in einem modernen Neubau aus dem Jahr 2023 und ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Sie bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann: ein gemütlicher Balkon, ein Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine/Trockner in der Wohnung, ein Badezimmer plus separates WC, eine zentrale Lüftungsanlage, etc.
Bei gewissen Möbeln könnten wir uns noch entscheiden, da mein ehemaliger Mitbewohner ein paar Möbelstücke gerne weitergeben würde.
Ich würde gerne in eine kleinere Wohnung einziehen, da meine jetzige Wohnung mir zu gross und zu teuer ist. Idealerweise bin ich auf der Suche einer neu gebauten / renovierten 2/2.5-Zimmer Wohnung in Kreisen 2,3,4,5 oder 9 für eine Miete bis etwa 1900 pro Monat.
