Ich biete eine charmante Kleinwohnug im Seefeld, perfekt für Paare oder Singles. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Blockrandüberbauung und verfügt über einen Wohnraum (17.5 m²), verbunden mit einer halboffenen Küche (6.2 m²) mit Durchreiche sowie einem Balkon mit Seesicht. Das Schlafzimmer ist zum ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet, der Korridor mit 3 grossen Einbauschränken ausgestattet und das Bad mit runden Mosaikplatten ein hingucker. Generell sind die Räume sehr hoch, was die Wohnung wiederum sehr hell macht.
Ausserdem gehört ein Kellerabteil dazu, der Waschraum steht allen Einheiten des Hauses zur Verfügung - meiner Erfahrung nach ist die Handhabung sehr unkompliziert.
Ich selbst bin auf der Suche nach einer kleineren Wohnung in Zentrumsnähe.
