Nach 5 Jahren müssen wir aufgrund einer familiären Situation die Wohnung leider aufgeben.
In den letzten 5 Jahren wurde die Wohnung alleine, als WG und als Paar genutzt und hat sich für alle Formen super geeignet.
Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind in den Innenhof gerichtet und sehr ruhig, ein kleiner Balkon ist Richtung Waffenplatzstrasse gerichtet und aufgrund der Einbahnstrasse für Zürich auch eher ruhig.
Das Sihlcity ist innerhalb 7 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und auch der Bahnhof Enge. Der Bus 72 ist in 1 min Gehdistanz erreichbar.
Die Nachbarn (insgesamt 8 Parteien) sind sehr freundlich und wir pflegen alle eine freundschaftliche Beziehung.
Es gibt eine gemeinsame Waschküche (ohne fixen Plan, aber mit Haus-Whatsapp für Notfälle) und einen gemeinsamen grossen Garten für alle Parteien.
Auch gibt es zur Wohnung einen Abstellraum im Keller sowie auch im Dachgeschoss.
