Suche eine Wohnung mit Cheminée
Hallo zusammen
Ich wohne im schönsten Kreis von Zürich (7) hinter dem Römerhof in einer neu renovierten Altbauwohnung mit 4.5 Zimmer im Hochparterre. Dazu gehört bei Bedarf ein PP gleich neben dem Haus und ein hübscher Gartensitzplatz mit kleinem Garten, der zwar von allen genutzt werden kann, aber nie wird:-) Die Wohnung hat eine grosse moderne Küche, modernes Bad mit Badewanne, ein grosses Schlafzimmer, zwei kleinere Zimmer sowie ein normal grosses Wohnzimmer. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, das Quartier familienfreundlich, sicher und ruhig, aber dennoch sehr zentral. Miete ist 2500.- inkl. HK/NK.
Mein grösster Traum ist ein Cheminée, weshalb ich bereit wäre, meine einmalige Schnäppchenwohnung an bester Lage in Zürich gegen eine Wohnung mit Cheminée zu tauschen. Am liebsten im Kreis 6,7 oder 8, aber nicht zwingend. Budget nach Absprache (kommt auf die Wohnung drauf an).
