Für meine wunderschöne und moderne 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zürich-Wipkingen, kaum eine Gehminute von der Limmat entfernt, suche ich im Tausch eine 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in den Kreisen 1 - 10, zwingend mit Keller und idealerweise mit Parkplatz / Tiefgaragenplatz (mit Lademöglichkeit) und Balkon / Aussenbereich.
Das Wohnhaus wurde erst acht Jahre gebaut und überzeugt durch einen sehr hohen Ausbaustandard. Grosszügige Fensterfronten sorgen für viel Licht und verleihen der Wohnung ein luftiges, offenes Wohngefühl – sie wirkt deutlich grösser, als die Quadratmeterzahl vermuten lässt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Bad, ein zweites WC, eine moderne Küche (Induktion, Steamer) und liegt an einer 30er-Zone Strasse. Somit ist die Lage ruhig, aber dennoch sehr zentral.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sonnige Terrasse, auf der problemlos ein Tisch für sechs Personen, ein Grill sowie ein Schaukelsessel Platz finden. Dank der optimalen Ausrichtung kann die Terrasse bis in die Abendstunden als zusätzliches Sommerzimmer genutzt werden.
Bei Interesse kann zudem ein Tiefgaragenplatz für CHF 150.-- (mit Ladestation) hinzu gemietet werden.
