Schöne und günstige 3Zi- Wohnung zum Tausch
Liebe Community,
ich wohne in einer schönen 2-Zi Wohnung in Zürich Oerlikon (Altbau, Renovierung ca. 2005) mit 70qm und Balkon sowie Grossem Kellerraum und Dachboden/Estrich. Viele blaue Zone Parkplätze vorhanden sowie Tiefgarage für 110CHF pro Monat (E-Ladestationen vorhanden). Untervermietung durch Wohnungsverwaltung bewilligt.
Aktueller Mietzins 1390CHF.
Ich suche zum Tausch gegen eine ähnliche Wohnung in Wollishofen/Enge/Kilchberg bis maximal 2400CHF am liebsten mit Seeblick oder geteilter Dachterrasse. Blaue Zone Plätze sollten vorhanden sein. Tiefgarage mit Elektro-Ladestation ist super.
Ich bin mir natürlich bewusst, dass es wenige matches für diesen Tausch gibt aber falls jemand nach einer günstigeren Wohnung sucht/bei Trennung eine günstigere Wohnung braucht kommt es vielleicht in Frage.
Zeitlich wäre ich flexibel solange es nicht zu kurzfristig ist.
