Wunderbare, sehr zentral und super gelegene Wohnung im Kreis 7 an der wunderschönen und ruhigen Englischviertelstrasse. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG, und hat einen grossen Wohn- und Essraum mit einem grossen Balkon. 1 grösseres und 1 kleineres Schlafzimmer sowie ein Bad, separates WC, ein Reduit und eine Küche. Das Haus hat 6 Wohnungen und eine tolle, familienfreundliche Nachbarschaft. Wir teilen uns einen Garten mit Wiese, Sankasten und Essplatz und pflegen ein sehr gutes Verhältnis miteinander. Garagenboxen sind im Hof. Blaue Zone vor dem Haus.
Wir lieben es hier, nur sind wir inzwischen zu 4 und suchen daher:
Ein mind. 4.5 Zi Haus oder Wohnung mit am liebsten Garten (oder grossem Balkon) im Kreis 6,7 oder 8.
