Tausch 3 Zimmerwohnung Kreis 6 geg. mind. 3.5 Wohnung
Wir sind extrem happy mit unserer schönen, super zentralen und preiswerten 3 Zimmer Altbauwohnung (30 Sek von Tram
Kronenstrasse, mit Tram 4‘ zum HB). Sie ist perfekt für ein Paar! Wir suchen eine vergleichbare jedoch mind. 3.5 Zimmerwohnung. Interessiert sind wir an einer Wohnung in der Region (am liebsten immer noch Kreis 6, aber bei etwas sympatischem sind wir natürlich flexibel (umgrenzende Kreise), sollte einfach nich zu weit draussen sein). Allenfalls gibt es jemand der lieber etwas zentraler leben möchte und dafür bereit für etwas weniger Platz ist. Wenn sich so etwas ergeben würde, wäre es mega!
Trotz super zentraler Lage ist es sehr leise, weshalb man sogar mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Die Nachbarn sind super unkompliziert und respektvoll. Die Waschmaschine ist im Keller und aufgrund Wohnung im Hochparterre optimal. Wir haben keinen strikten Waschplan, wenn frei ist kann man waschen. Klappt super!
Wir haben in der Küche dieses Jahr auf eigene Kosten zudem einen Geschirrspüler einbauen lassen. Kochen ist mit Gas, sehr präzise und ein tolles Erlebnis. Verwaltung ist ebenfalls angenehm. Balkon haben wir keinen, haben wir jedoch aufgrund der zentralen Lage auch nie vermisst.
