3-Zimmer beim Bullingerplatz
Tausche meine geliebte, frisch sanierte Wohnung an der Stauffacherstrasse gegen etwas Grösseres. Die Wohnung wurde 2021 renoviert. Der alte Fischgrätparkett wurde belassen und die Linoleumböden in Küche, Flur und Bad durch pflegeleichten hell-grauen Stein ersetzt.
Küchengeräte, Schränke sowie das Bad wurden komplett saniert inklusive Rohrleitungen. Ebenso wurde der Balkon (neu ca. 12qm) ausgebaut und alle Fenster und die Eingangstür ersetzt. Die Wohnung unglaublich zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Bäume der Stauffacherstrasse bieten im Sommer viel Schatten so dass auch Hitzesommer sehr erträglich sind.
In der Nähe befinden sich verschiedene Hotspots wie das Cafe du Bonheur, der Bullingerplatz sowie auch der Bullingerhof oder die Bäckeranlage. Güterbahnhof oder Lochergut sind die nächsten ÖV-Anbindungen.
Zur Wohnung gehören ein grosses Kellerabteil sowie ein gemeinsamer Waschraum der meistens frei ist. Bei der Sanierung wurden jedoch auch Anschlüsse für einen privaten Waschturm verbaut. Eine entsprechende Nische wurde ebenfalls eingelassen im Bad.
Es fällt mir schwer, diese Anzeige Online zu schalten, da ich mich eigentlich gar nicht von diesem Schmuckstück trennen möchte. Langfristig werden wir jedoch mehr Platz benötigen.
