Die Wohnung hat vier Zimmer inklusive einem gemeinsam genutzten Büro, ideal für Homeoffice, und bietet dank ihrer Lage kurze Wege zu Einkauf, ÖV und in die Stadt.

Wegen des gesunkenen Referenzzinses wird sie voraussichtlich ab April um ca. CHF 100 günstiger.

Du würdest mit Bettina (33, Ärztin) zusammenwohnen. Sie ist warmherzig, humorvoll und oft draussen unterwegs, meistens auf dem Velo oder beim Wandern. Durch ihre offene Art fühlt man sich bei ihr sofort wohl.

Lage: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss; ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Velo zum Lochergut oder zur Langstrasse; ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Tram zum HB.
Die WG ist entspannt, rücksichtsvoll und perfekt für jemanden, der Austausch mag, aber auch Ruhe schätzt.

Gesucht wird eine Person zwischen 25 und 40 Jahren. In der WG wird Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch gesprochen.

Due to the lower reference interest rate, the rent is expected to drop by around CHF 100 starting in April.

You would live with Bettina (33, a doctor). She is warm, humorous, and loves spending time outdoors, whether cycling or hiking. Her open and friendly nature makes it easy to feel welcome.

Location: Grocery stores within a few minutes’ walk; approx. 10 minutes by bike to Lochergut or Langstrasse; around 15 minutes by tram to the main station.
The flatshare is relaxed and respectful – ideal for someone who enjoys friendly conversation but also values quiet time.

We are looking for someone between 25 and 40 years old. German, English, and French are spoken in the flat.
