Ich und mein Mitbewohner, beide dreißigjährige Berufstätige, suchen einen neuen Untermieter, mit dem wir unser Apartment in Lugano teilen können.
Das Apartment besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einem Badezimmer, einem großen Wohnzimmer und einer ausgestatteten Küche (Backofen, Geschirrspüler). Es ist hell, geräumig und vollständig möbliert.
Es liegt 3 Minuten von der Station Lugano, 5 Minuten vom Zentrum und 10 Minuten von der Universität entfernt. Supermärkte in der Nähe.
Auf Anfrage ist ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage verfügbar.
Die Person, die wir suchen, ist ein Berufstätiger oder ein Student. Sie ist eine saubere, gebildete, diskrete und gesellige Person.
Die monatliche Miete für das derzeit verfügbare kleinste Zimmer beträgt 520 CHF monatlich + Nebenkosten. Kein Ausgleich am Ende des Jahres.
Das Apartment ist ab Februar 2026 verfügbar.
Es eignet sich für mittel- bis langfristige Aufenthalte.
