Parkplatz im Preis in einem überdachten Parkhaus enthalten.
Strom und Internet sind zusätzlich zu bezahlen.
Vermietung über eine Agentur, 3 Monate Mietkaution (Swiss Caution ok).
Da ich krank bin:
1) nur per E-Mail kontaktieren
2) ich organisiere Gruppenbesichtigungen
3) ich reagiere nicht auf Personen, die mich über soziale Netzwerke oder andere Kanäle kontaktieren, um Druck auszuüben
4) ich bin nur der aktuelle Mieter, aber für die Übernahme des Mietvertrags ist ein vollständiges Dossier erforderlich und von der Agentur gefordert (Arbeitsvertrag, Gehaltsabrechnungen (3), Schuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, Haftpflichtversicherung für das Wohnen)
