Ich suche eine Nachmieter/in für unsere schöne, helle 4,5 Zi-Wohnung in 4143 Dornach (SO). Sie ist im 2. OG (ohne Lift), mit Balkon gegen Südseite. Sie hat einen eigenen Waschturm im Bad (mit Badewanne) und im Keller gibt es neben einem kleinen Kellerabteil einen zusätzlichen grossen (Hobby-)Raum (mit Steckdose). Die Küche ist mit aktuellen Küchengeräten ausgestattet und in gutem Zustand. Es gibt einen Velokeller und bei Bedarf und nach Vefügbarkeit kann ein Autoparkplatz dazugemietet werden.
Der Bahnhof Aesch BL ist in ca. 8 Gehminuten erreichbar, mit direkten Verbindungen nach Basel oder ins Laufental.
Ich suche jemand, der die Wohnung ab 1. März übernimmt. Evt wäre nach Absprache auch ein früheres Einzugsdatum möglich.
Die Miete beträgt inkl NK 1900.-.
