Die 2012 erstellte 125m2 grosse 5.5 Zimmer Wohnung im 3.OG liegt perfekt zentral an der Zentrumsbegegnungszone in Bülach. Restaurants, Post und Läden sind in nächster Umgebung. Zum Bahnhof Bülach sind es 5 Minuten, ab Haustür geht es in 20-25 Minuten nach Zürich HB, Flughafen Zürich-Kloten, Winterthur HB, Schaffhausen.
Unser freies Zimmer hat 14m2 und grosse Fenster. Wm/Tu in der Wohnung, Bad und Küche zur Mitbenutzung und gereinigt durch Putzdienst. Die Monatsmiete ist bereits inklusive der üblichen Nebenkosten (Heizung, Wasser, Hauswartung), dein WG-Kostenanteil (Strom, Internet, Putzdienst, Serafe) sind 95.- im Monat, total mit deinem Mietanteil also 1060.- und wird auch nicht mehr, wenn jemand auszieht.
Wir sind eine unkomplizierte und gemischte WG, eher ruhig und ordentlich. Du solltest grob zwischen 25 und 45 Jahre alt und rauchfrei sein, m/w ist offen, und keine Haustiere mitbringen. Garagenplätze sind verfügbar für 160.-.
