Sie verfügt über eine ältere Küche mit neuerem Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank, eine Nasszelle mit Badewanne und eine grosse Terrasse mit Südwestausrichtung. Der Garten mit Pergola und der Veloraum werden von allen drei Wohnungen gemeinsam genutzt. Ein eigener grosser Kellerraum gehört zur Wohnung dazu. Die Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler wird gemeinsam genutzt.
Geheizt wird mit Elektrospeicheröfen. Die Kosten von durchschnittlich ca. 100.- pro Monat für das Heizen werden vom Mieter direkt an die CKW bezahlt. Die restlichen Nebenkosten sind im Mietpreis inklusiv.
Ein Aussenparkplatz (50.- pro Monat) kann dazu gemietet werden.
Eine Besichtigung ist erst ab Dezember möglich. Im Moment wird alles neu gestrichen.
