Starting February 2026 or by arrangement, we are renting our spacious and sunny 3.5 room apartement **ON A LIMITED LEASE** for one year. Shorter or longer rental periods are possible.
It is fully furnished and equipped. An indoor and outdoor fireplace is available. The terrace faces both east and south, offering plenty of sunshine and space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with a water filter. A washer and dryer are located in the bathroom. One of the rooms has a massaging table, which can be removed when not needed. There is a private fitness room with various exercise equipment, as well as a large party or conference room available to residents.
A garage parking space can be rented separately.
