Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer alten Villa, die 1980 aussergewöhnlich renoviert wurde - Alt und Neu sind heute schön kombiniert. Sie ist unglaublich gemütlich. An schönen Tagen fällt den ganzen Tag Licht durch die Fenster zur südlich ausgerichteten Balkonseite, und an grauen Tagen kann man im Cheminée ein Feuer machen und sich aufs Sofa kuscheln. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss, über die Wendeltreppe und das kleine Büro hat man direkten Zugang zur Dachterrasse mit zwei Terrassen sowie einem verglasten Gemeinschaftsraum mit Cheminée. Aufgrund der Grösse und der Anordnung der Wohnung eignet sie sich für Paare oder Einzelpersonen.
Meine Freundin und ich wohnen in diesem Haus zusammen mit acht anderen Erwachsenen und einem Kind. Insgesamt gibt es fünf Wohnungen im Haus. Weil wir von Januar bis Ende Mai auf Reisen sind, werden wir unsere Wohnung untervermieten. Die Möbel würden wir so belassen. Einrichtungsgegenstände können auf Wunsch natürlich auch entfernt werden. Für die Möbel verlangen wir keinen zusätzlichen Mietzins, jedoch muss eine Kaution in Höhe einer Monatsmiete hinterlegt werden.
Mit den anderen Bewohnern des Hauses darf man gerne abhängen und coole Abende verbringen, es ist aber kein Muss. Die Wohnungen sind, wie in einem normalen Mehrfamilienhaus, über das Treppenhaus verbunden. Es gibt viele Treffpunkte im Haus, aber man kann die Wohnung auch ganz normal schliessen und für sich sein.
Es werden nur Personen in Betracht gezogen, welche die gesamte Zeitspanne von fünf Monaten mieten möchten.

The apartment is in an old villa that was exceptionally renovated in 1980, nicely combining old and new. It is incredibly cozy. On sunny days, light pours all day through the windows along the south-facing balcony, and on gray days you can light a fire in the fireplace and curl up on the sofa. The apartment is on the top floor, via the spiral staircase and the small office you have direct access to the roof terrace with two terraces, as well as a glazed common room with a fireplace. Due to the size and layout of the apartment, it is suitable for couples or single occupants.
My girlfriend and I live in this house together with eight other adults and one child. There are five apartments in total. Because we will be traveling from January to the end of May, we will sublet our apartment. We would leave the furniture as is, but items can be removed on request if you do not like them. We do not charge any additional rent for the furniture, but a deposit equal to one month of rent is required.
You are welcome to hang out with the other residents and enjoy relaxed evenings, but it is not required. The apartments are connected via the staircase, like in a normal multi-family building, and there are many common spots in the house, but you can also simply close the door and have the place to yourself.
Only people who want to rent for the full five-month period will be considered.
