Die Wohnung ist nur zwei Seitenstrassen und zwei Minuten zu Fuss vom urbanen und lebendigen Lochergut entfernt. Die Gegend hat eine aufregende Gastronomie und liebevoll gestaltete Plätze, die zum Verweilen oder Ping-Pong Spielen einladen. In fünfzehn Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Hauptbahnhof Zürich, mit dem Tram in zehn Minuten.

Die Wohnung ist stilvoll möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Büro und zwei Badezimmer sowie ein grosszügiger Essbereich mit Küche und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer machen es schwer, die Wohnung überhaupt zu verlassen, um das aufregende Quartier zu erkunden. Die Dachterrasse ist nur von der Wohnung zugänglich und wird nicht mit dem Rest des Hauses geteilt.
Nebst der hochwertigen Möblierung sind auch TV, WLAN, Handtücher, Sonos-System und was ihr sonst noch benötigt (nach Absprache) verfügbar. Wenn dies gewünscht wird, organisieren wir (auf deine Kosten) gerne auch eine regelmässige Wohnungsreinigung über ein Unternehmen, das wir kennen und dem wir vertrauen. Für die professionelle Endreinigung werden in jedem Fall CHF 600 vorab erhoben. Zudem ist ein Mietzinsdepot in der Höhe einer Monatsmiete mit der Schlüsselübergabe fällig.

Die Dauer der Untermiete können wir gerne besprechen. Idealerweise ab Januar 2026, bei Bedarf auch etwas früher oder später. Die Mindestdauer ist grundsätzlich fünf Monate. Haustiere sind leider keine erlaubt.

The flat is just two side streets and a two-minute walk away from the urban and lively Lochergut district. The area has exciting restaurants and lovingly designed squares that invite you to linger or play ping-pong. Zurich main station is a fifteen-minute walk away, or ten minutes by tram.
The flat is stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Two bedrooms, an office and two bathrooms, as well as a spacious dining area with kitchen and a cosy living room, make it difficult to leave the flat at all to explore the exciting neighbourhood. The roof terrace is only accessible from the apartment and is not shared with the rest of the building.

In addition to high-quality furnishings, a television, Wi-Fi, towels, a Sonos system and anything else you may need (upon request) are also available. If desired, we are happy to arrange (at your expense) regular apartment cleaning through a company we know and trust. A cleaning fee of CHF 600 for professional cleaning at the end of the duration of the sublet will be charged in advance in all cases. In addition, a rental deposit equal to one month's rent is due upon handover of the keys.
