Da meine Mitbewohnerin per 1. Februar oder 1. März auszieht, suche ich (w, Anfang 30) eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner.

Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2024 neu gebaut, hat zwei grosse Balkone und liegt super in Alt-Wiedikon, direkt beim Bahnhof Binz und in Gehdistanz zu Schmiede Wiedikon und zu Giesshübel Station. Jeder hat sein privates Badezimmer. Und es gibt ein zusätzliches Büro zur gemeinsamen Nutzung (kann aber in Zukunft umfunktioniert werden).

Ich komme ursprünglich aus der Westschweiz und arbeite im Finanzmarktbereich. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, treffe Freunde oder bin am Wochenende unterwegs. Zu Hause schätze ich eine ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre - bin aber auch gesellig und freue mich auf ein unkompliziertes Zusammenleben.

Since my flatmate is moving out as of February 1 or March 1, I (female, early 30s) am looking for a new flatmate (female or male).

The apartment was newly built in 2024, has two large balconies, and is perfectly located in Alt-Wiedikon, right next to Binz station and in walking distance to Schmiede Wiedikon and Giesshübel station. Each person has their own private bathroom, and there is an additional office for shared use (which could be repurposed in the future).

I am originally from Fribourg and work in the financial sector. In my free time, I enjoy doing sports, meeting friends, or being out and about on weekends. At home, I value a calm and pleasant atmosphere, but I am also sociable and look forward to easygoing co-living.
