Room: We’re renting out two beautiful rooms in our spacious shared house (180?m²) in Trimbach! Room 1: in the attic, with private bathroom and balcony, 24?m² –CHF?595/month. Room 2: on the first floor, also with private bathroom, 21?m² – CHF?725/month. Both rooms are bright and sunny all day thanks to their south-facing windows. Furniture can be provided for an extra CHF?100/month if needed. From the balcony and our 24?m² terrace you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the Alps – perfect for relaxing after work.
???Location: Quiet villa neighborhood but super well-connected: only 7 minutes by bike to Olten train station (from there ~30?min to Zurich, Basel, Bern, or Lucerne), and just 3 minutes on foot to Trimbach station. After a 5-minute walk you’re at the foot of the Jura hills in the forest ?? – perfect for walking, biking or jogging.. The apartment includes access to a shared garden. A sauna and a parking space can be used for a contribution against the expenses

Zimmer: In unserer großen WG-Villa (180 m²) in Trimbach werden zwei schöne Zimmer frei! Zimmer 1: unterm Dach mit eigenem Bad + Balkon, insgesamt 24 m², CHF 595/Mt. Zimmer 2: im OG, mit eigenem Bad, insgesamt 21 m²CHF 725/Mt. Beide Zimmer sind sehr hell und durch Südlage ganztags von Sonne verwöhnt. Möblierung kann zur Verfügung gestellt werden (+100 CHF). Von dem Balkon und der 24 m² grossen Terrasse genießt man einen fantastischen Alpenblick – perfekt, um abends zu entspannen.
???Lage: Ruhiges Villenquartier, aber top angebunden: 7 min per Velo an Bhf. Olten (30 min nach ZH/BS/BE/LU), 3 min zu Fuß an Bhf. Trimbach. Nach 5 Gehminuten steht man am Jura-Hang im Wald ?? – ideal zum Spazieren, Biken oder Joggen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Garten, der mitbenutzt werden kann. Außerdem gibt es im Haus eine Sauna, die wie ein Parkplatz bei Bedarf gegen einen Unkostenbeitrag genutzt werden kann.

We are looking for: Two open-minded and reliable female flatmates who appreciate the chance to share such a beautiful home. Mutual respect and a friendly atmosphere are super important to us. If you’re clean (without being a neat freak ??), maybe have a green thumb or just enjoy chilling in the garden, you’ll probably fit right in. We’d love to find flatmates who enjoy spending time together – like cooking, sharing a relaxed drink on the terrace – but also understand the need for personal space. That balance is key. And if you’re an animal lover, even better: we have two cuddly cats ???? who are always happy about new loving humans.

Wir suchen: zwei aufgeschlossene, zuverlässige Mitbewohnerinnen, die gut zu uns passen und es zu schätzen wissen, ein so tolles Haus im WG-Setting gemeinsam zu bewohnen. Gegenseitiger Respekt und ein freundschaftliches Miteinander sind uns sehr wichtig. Wenn du sauber bist (ohne Putzfimmel ??) und vielleicht sogar einen grünen Daumen hast oder gern im Garten chillst, passt du bestimmt gut zu uns. Wir freuen uns über Mitbewohnerinnen, die gern mal zusammen etwas unternehmen (Kochen, gemütliches Bierchen auf der Terrasse?), aber auch das Bedürfnis nach Privatsphäre verstehen – die Balance macht’s aus. Wenn du tierlieb bist, umso besser: Bei uns wohnen zwei verschmuste Katzen, die sich über neue liebevolle Bezugspersonen freuen. ????

We’re an easy-going international 3-person flatshare (m/m/f – Swiss/ Brazilian, German-Chilean, and Italian-Chilean) who all ended up in Olten/Trimbach.
