The building was finished in 2023 and is close to the centre of Altstetten with great tram, bus, and train connections. Werdinseli is about 10 minutes by bike, and the forest is a short walk away. Underground parking can be arranged if needed (extra cost). There's also a laundry drying room in the cellar and parcel lockers in the building.
