A large, open-plan kitchen with numerous cupboards and the spacious living area have a wonderful terrace view. Three bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned, and two modern bathrooms with shower or bathtub and washbasin offer plenty of space on one level. Centrally controlled electric shutters are a further convenience. This wonderful vacation residence is extremely easy to maintain and can also be lived in for longer periods without direct supervision.
