Room for a student / Stanza per studente
Looking for someone to take over my room contract (from around Christmas or early next year). I?m currently renting a very nice and comfortable room, but I?ll be moving in with my boyfriend, so I?d like someone to continue my contract.
The room is cozy, with a soft bed, plenty of storage (a large two-section wardrobe and shelves), a comfortable desk, and a new ergonomic chair. It also has a private balcony with a great view and a drying rack for clothes. The apartment has a great bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
You?ll share the flat with 3 super-friendly people. The area is nice ? about 30 minutes on foot, 15 minutes by bus, or 10 minutes by bike from the university.
Rent: 765 CHF/month, including utilities, internet, and weekly cleaning service by a cleaning lady.

Cerco qualcuno che prenda il mio contratto d?affitto (da dopo Natale o all?inizio del nuovo anno). Attualmente affitto una stanza molto bella e confortevole, ma mi trasferirò con il mio ragazzo, quindi vorrei che qualcuno continuasse il mio contratto.
La stanza è accogliente, con un letto morbido, molto spazio per i vestiti (grande armadio a due scomparti e una mensola), una scrivania comoda e una sedia ergonomica nuova. Ha anche un balcone privato con una bellissima vista e uno stendino per i vestiti. L?appartamento ha un bel bagno e una cucina completamente attrezzata.
Condividerai l?appartamento con 3 persone super simpatiche. La zona è bella ? circa 30 minuti a piedi, 15 minuti in bus o 10 minuti in bici dall?università.
Affitto: 765 CHF/mese, con utenze, internet e pulizie settimanali incluse.
