The view from the window into the garden and the beautiful palm trees is a reminder that this is a cozy Ticino vacation home. From the living room, a double door leads out onto the spacious, secluded atrium terrace with an outdoor fireplace and beautiful Ticino granite flooring. From here you can also access the indoor pool or the garden.
The wooden kitchen, in keeping with the country house style of the house, is directly adjacent to the living and dining area and it would be possible to open it up to the living area if desired. From the entrance area, the side hallway leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom, and this is also where the staircase to the basement is located.
