L appartamento di mq 95 e situato al secondo piano dello stabile ed e composto dall entrata, il bagno, la cucina (gia arredata con stoviglie), frigorifero, zona cottura, forno, balcone e 4 stanze da letto; grande giardino condominiale a disposizione (vi sono di solito 4 studenti/giovani lavoratori in totale) ed e situato a 10 minuti di bus dall USI e dall OBV di Mendrisio, in via Corso San Gottardo 143, Chiasso (vi e la fermata del bus a pochi metri dallo stabile). Non vi sono televisori nell appartamento.
La stanza e libera da subito.
Non e consentito fumare nell appartamento e tenere animali.
