Hey everyone!
I’m looking for someone to take over my spot in our lovely shared apartment in Winterthur’s old town.
?? About the apartment:
• Spacious duplex (two floors) with a private bedroom and shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, and balcony.
• You’ll be living with two friendly guys (both 28) — very chill, open-minded, and easy to live with.
• The apartment is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, all for shared use.
• Perfect location: just 7 minutes’ walk to Winterthur HB, and there are frequent bus connections right next to the apartment.
The rent will be CHF 1,050, with additional monthly cost of CHF 50 for internet, television. Water, electricity, and hearing are included.
?? Requirements:
• You’ll become one of the main tenants, taking over my position in the rental contract — so a valid income certificate is required.
• We’re looking for someone friendly, responsible, and open-minded.
• Household costs are shared among the three of you — communication is key ??
• Preferred move-in date: December 1st, 2025 (can be flexible if needed).

• Geräumige Wohnung über zwei Etagen mit eigenem Schlafzimmer sowie gemeinsamer Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer und Balkon.
• Du würdest mit zwei sehr netten und unkomplizierten Mitbewohnern (beide 28) zusammenwohnen.
• Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner, alles zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
• Top Lage: nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Winterthur, und Bushaltestellen direkt neben der Wohnung.
?? Anforderungen:
• Du wirst Hauptmieter/in und übernimmst meinen Platz im Mietvertrag – daher ist ein gültiger Einkommensnachweis erforderlich.
• Wir suchen jemanden, der freundlich, offen und verantwortungsbewusst ist.
• Die Haushaltskosten werden unter den drei Mitbewohnern geteilt – offene Kommunikation ist uns wichtig ??
• Einzugsdatum: bevorzugt 1. Dezember 2025, aber flexibel nach Absprache.
