Unsere helle 3-Zimmer Wohnung wird per sofort frei! Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkons, davon ist einer sehr gross und sonnig. Es gibt drei Zimmer (eines ist etwas kleiner, die anderen zwei eher gross), die Wohnung kann auch gut als WG genutzt werden. Wir ziehen am 3. November aus und die Wohnung kann ab dann übernommen werden. Herd und Ofen wurden letztes Jahr ersetzt.
Die Wohnung ist befristet bis Ende Februar. Eine mögliche Verlängerung (wahrscheinlich auch temporär) muss mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden). Gewisse könne übernommen werden. Es gibt einen Keller und ein Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung.
EN: Our bright 3-room flat is available immediately! The flat has two balconies, one of which is very large and sunny. There are three rooms (one is slightly smaller, the other two are quite large), and the flat is also suitable for shared accommodation. We are moving out on 3 November and the flat is available from then onwards. The hob and oven were replaced last year.
The flat is available until the end of February (potentially an extention can be discussed with the landlord, but would probably remain temporary). Certain items can be taken over. There is a cellar and a washing machine for shared use.
