Ein privater Parkplatz für PKW steht nicht zur Verfügung, jedoch befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe Parkmöglichkeiten in der blauen Zone. Der Hauptbahnhof und die Innenstadt sind sowohl mit Fahrrad, als auch mit ÖV in 10 - 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Haltestellen Triemli und in der Ey befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Wohnung eignet sich für Einzelpersonen oder ein Paar. Wir suchen eine zuverlässige, solvente Untermieterschaft, die unser Zuhause sorgfältig behandelt. Falls Dir Pflanzen Freude bereiten, überlassen wir Dir gerne unsere zahlreichen Zimmerpflanzen für die Dauer Deiner Untermiete.
Voraussetzungen für eine Untermiete sind ein regelmässiges Einkommen, Privathaftpflichtversicherung, Betreibungsregisterauszug, Referenzen und Kaution.

We are subletting our spacious, fully furnished 3.5-room apartment on the 3rd floor near Triemli from mid-December 2025 to mid-April 2026. The rent includes utilities, electricity, internet, Serafe fees.

- Bright living/dining area with reading corner
- Living room with TV, home office and storage room on the gallery floor
- Two bathrooms (1x bathtub, 1x ensuite with shower, both with WC)
- Own washing tower, plus shared laundry room in the basement
- Balacony with a grill and view of the Uetliberg
- Soundproof apartment
The house is located in a quiet area and is not directly on the street. The underground garage offers sufficient space for bicycles. A private parking space for cars is not available, however parking options in the blue zone are available right behind the building. Zurich Main Station and the city center can be reached by bicycle or public transport in 10 - 15 minutes. The public transport stops Triemli and In der Ey are located in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is suitable for individuals or couples. We are looking for reliable, financially stable subtenants who will treat our home with care. If plants bring you joy, we would be happy to leave our numerous houseplants in your care for the duration of your sublease.
Requirements for a sublease are regular income, personal liability insurance, debt enforcement extract (Betreibunsauszug), references, and security deposit.
